A rare and exceptionally lovely form with pure white flowers, the lip suffused with yellow and marked with purple blotches. There is more than one clone of this variant in cultivation but I have yet to see one finer than this. Never offered by Ian Butterfield, this clone was shared with Rainer Kretz who passed his stock to me. One of the parents of the Sam Butterfield grex and of Indri ‘Phinxie’.
