A remake of this cross by Jan Berg produced this masterpiece which was then passed onto Paul Cumbleton who shared it with Rainer Kretz. He then grew it for many years while it was gradually being lost from general cultivation. Although Ueli Wackernagel has been remade several times since and there are numerous other versions about, none measure up to this clone. The same magnificent colour as Pln. aurita but with none of its faults.
