In the greenhouse…

The plants are starting to push to very positive looking buds up now. It’s looking like Sirena will be my first Spring flowering Pleione to open, hotly followed by Sunset Crater, which for me is always one of the first, but oddly the other named selections of Sunset Crater (‘Red Crossbill’ and ‘Wattled Plover’) are much later to appear. All the potting is done now and the few that I grow in waterlilly pots in pure sphagnum are also done and ready to go….keep checking back to see what is happening in my greenhouse and if you have any questions please just ask.
