Bred by the late Dutch Pleione pioneer Jan Berg, this is another great addition to the autumn flowering range. The flowers are a very pale rose, the attractive lip has a large yellow blotch overlaid with reddish-purple markings. Although a vigorous grower for me, this aptly named variety is still surprisingly rare in cultivation.
